The City of Roswell is now accepting reservations for celebrations, weddings, corporate events and more at Mimosa Hall & Gardens, a cherished historic venue at the heart of the city’s Founders Park vision.
Booking Ahead: What the “Sight Unseen” Offer Includes
As part of its “Sight Unseen” early-booking campaign, the City invites couples, corporations, and community organizations to reserve events taking place between August 2026 and December 31, 2027 with a limited-time opportunity to receive up to 40% in savings for securing a contract before the incentive expires. Events taking place within this window can take advantage of this valued offer.
A Venue for Life’s Milestones
While guided tours are not yet available, the grounds of the estate and gardens are accessible to the public, and virtual tours are offered to showcase the property’s charm and event-ready spaces. The restored venue will offer versatile indoor and outdoor locations suitable for weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, anniversaries, birthdays, and other special occasions.
A Historic Landmark in the Heart of Roswell
Built in 1841 and completed in 1846, Mimosa Hall is a Greek Revival–style estate that anchors a nine-acre property of historic gardens and architectural significance in downtown Roswell. The City of Roswell purchased the estate in 2017 and has since embarked on a thoughtful renovation to preserve its architectural character while upgrading the facility for modern events.

Mimosa Hall & Gardens is part of Roswell’s historic district and stands among several heritage landmarks that reflect the city’s deep cultural roots. The venue plays an integral role in the City’s Founders Park project, a multi-phase initiative to connect Roswell’s historic sites with vibrant green space and community gathering places.
