Crabapple Center is evolving into a hub for performing arts, gymnastics and athletics, and community programming in Roswell, Georgia. This project is an integral part of the City’s multi-year, bond-funded plan to modernize and repurpose the 20-acre property into a flexible, multi-use facility that serves residents of all ages.

Over the last four years, Roswell’s Recreation and Parks programs have experienced extraordinary growth with a 21% increase in gymnastics participation and an 80% increase in performing arts enrollment since 2021. As more residents look for opportunities to learn, move, and connect, the City is expanding its facilities and programs through a holistic, phased approach that strengthens the community for generations to come.

    Phased Approach

    Phase 1

Purchasing the property, preparing the facility for use, and activating spaces for basketball, summer camps, and gymnastics. This phase is complete.

    Phase 2

Building new outdoor pickleball courts, replacing the roof, and converting interior spaces into studios and performance areas. This phase is currently active.

    Phase 3

Improving site access to Roswell Area Park, opening the grounds, and expanding programming and studio space at the PAC.
